The Autotekelectronic’s nightmare
I’ve made this site so that one who’s thinking to make business with Autotekelectronics.co.uk
be warned about the real nightmare it can turn into.
1/10/08 I’ve sent my Audi A4 faulty electronic gearbox unit it to Autotek and paid 410£ on 9/10/08.
After sending the unit 3 times and receiving it not fully working, and Autotek saying that they sent a new PCB, I asked for a refund since I had my car waiting for this unit for 3 months.
No answer at all. So I’ve bought a new unit from an Audi dealer (860€) and the car is back on the street.
24/2/09 I’ve sent the unit back and a complaint to the “complaints” department and a preview of this site.
Only this time got an answer telling that they had 30 days to verify the complaint and that they would take legal action if i continue this site. More than 40 have passed and not an answer so far.
2/5/09 Last letter of complaint sent to Autotek, no answer until this day. The 410£ are on Autotek’s side, and i’ve made a complaint in the European Consumer Authority.
AutotekElectronics hasn’t replied to the European Consumer Authority either. This page and the google advert will be active until Autotek returns my money back.
It’s now a question of honor! I’ve already spent a few hundred euros with my google advert but until Autotekelectronics refund my money, the ad and this site will continue!

Please be aware that there are several free sites where people have been posting complaints about Autotekelectronics, and most of them have less than a year.
Now it’s your turn! Be careful when making business with http://www.autotekelectronics.co.uk/ / http://www.autotekelectronics.com/ , I don’t advise you to.
